no that's just a repeat of the edge of the finale for that short arc. to the best of my knowledge that 'tea at the Kudo Mansion' between Amuro, Shuichi, and Mr. n Mrs. Kudo has NEVER shown up on TV so far. as to the mangaka Aoyama putting it print? i haven't heard about that part of it either.

i'm thinking that 'discussion' was either so vague and filled with platitudes and lies that Aoyama hasn't even bothered to create a flashback for it. or it was so complex and intricate that he's going to have to devote a whole chapter (and the folks at TMS will put it into its own arc) to cover it all.

those four filling in each-other's blanks with backstory and deductions and inferences would be a huge heaping pile of exposition. it would probably be just better to set it all up as a summit between the entire Akai family, the Kudo family, James Black's FBI Team, Haibara, and Amuro. i would throw in Kir/Hondou Hidemi for her CIA info but she's so under the Karasuma Group's thumb right now she probably couldn't make the meeting.
